I am Amy Baltimore and I am with Amy Baltimore CPA in Covington, Tennessee.

I've been working with Jordan and Eric and the first time we had a conference call, they asked

me, you know, where are my issues, where are my problems, what do I want fixed?

And I responded with, we are inefficient, we are behind.

I can't get people.

I can't get people to stay.

I've filled the same position five times in the last year and a half.

I've got people in the position now who know what to do.

They're good at what they do but the

works just not getting done and their response was that I needed checklists and

I thought well I don't know how this is you know a simple checklist is going to

fix all my problems but I thought well, hey, I'm all in.

I'll give it a shot.

And so we went on a checklist rampage, and we put checklists together for everything.

And, like, the following week, they followed up.

Did you get them put together?

Yes, I did.

We got them implemented. know and so okay they asked so it's time to start doing some

marketing and I said I don't think I can even bring any more work into this

office we are so far behind just the idea of any more work into this office. We are so far behind.

Just the idea of putting more work on there is overwhelming.

So they said, okay, you know, the following week then,
