podcast to talk about things that matter and we're always coming from a place that we want people to be able to relate.

Like weird sex toys, things that matter.

Let's not build ourselves up too much.

No, like I think that our baseline purpose of this podcast is for people to be able to relate,

to hear a perspective from the LGBTQ plus community, maybe

learn something, but obviously we're always doing it from a fun and comedic place,

just simply because that is the way that we like to take. and comedic

to take an information, the way that we like to speak with each other.

But sometimes it is important for us to put that comedy aside for a minute and talk about things that are going on that are bigger than us and this podcast.

Yeah, sometimes we can put our stupid comedy beside.

I can talk about my but hole next week.

That's so brave of you to like put off the but-hull conversation for me, honestly.

Yeah, so like the world is just like a heavier place right now and yeah constantly but I think a lot of people are more aware currently that these things are happening.

So yeah it's time.

And I think that's what we wanted to talk about today because as two white

Individuals we acknowledge that the world seems heavier right now because all of this is kind of being

really pushed in front of our faces as it should be but for a lot of people this

is heavy has always been there, right?

So I think a lot of people are kind of like waking up and smelling the racism in the last few weeks,

but that's not to say that this is a new thing and it's not to say that this is going to be over
