Shall we talk about accommodation, perhaps?

Yes, let's talk about my accommodation.

So in speaking part one, the examiner asks you questions about accommodation or work or studies.

These are the first topics, well, the examiner chooses one topic and it could be accommodation.

Accommodation meaning your flat, your house, I don't know, a tree house, a cave, you live in, a boat.

And the usual question is, do you live in a house or a flat?

In this episode, Rory is going to tell us about his apartment.

Do you live in a house or a flat?

I live in an apartment on the second floor of my block.

And what do you like about your flat?

Oh, it's actually brilliant.

The street it's on is near the city centre, so everything I need is nearby in terms of transport and food. But on top of that, the tenement itself is halfway down the street from one of the main roads,

so it's also quiet enough that no one bothers to people there.
