This is a guided meditation for accessing intuition. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

And now close your eyes.

Naturally, when you close your eyes, your attention starts to travel inward.

You may still feel some agitation from what you were doing. There may be lots of thoughts.

And yet there is some settling down going on.

And this meditation will be allowing the mind to settle down completely.

Intuition comes from a steady place within, beyond thought and beyond emotion.

Although you may be aware of thoughts and feelings throughout the meditation, you can still access that silent, steady place within, that place of inner knowing within.

Now simply be aware of whatever is being experienced right now in this moment.

What are you noticing going on around you?

Simply notice and let go of any thoughts about it.

What do you notice going on within you?

Thoughts will be coming and going. That's fine. You don't need to try to push them out, but don't follow them.

Let go of the meaning of thoughts. Let thoughts be a meaningless activity in the mind.

Continuing to be easily aware of whatever is happening, not resisting anything, not trying to change anything or make anything happen.

Now bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the breath moving in and out.

Life moves the breath. Life gives inner knowing. Be as effortless as the breath.

Quite naturally you'll notice various experiences, thoughts, emotions.
