It is big for the Vikings, but what was your feeling about how the team is processing this, beginning with O'Connell, down to the players?

Business as usual. It didn't feel any different than it has all season.

I mean, this is a confident, upbeat, positive, tight-knit as team as I've been around.

They don't seem to get two up, two down.

I mean, there hadn't been too many downs this year, obviously, with two losses,

but they don't seem to be affected by whatever the situation is.
