in the room. I left Dave. I left Dave's day because I love Dave. I don't even like

Chad and Ben. But I brought in my new buddy, Jimmy Mackin and Jimmy. We were joking before

because I told Jimmy, Jimmy, I'm going to have you introduce yourself. And Jimmy's

retort was, oh yeah, I'm familiar with the lazy man style of podcasting. And then Dave

decided to tell me that I probably didn't do my research. But I know who Jimmy is. Jimmy,

the reason we do this is not because we're lazy. It's because we want you to tell our audience

what you think is important about you. We know all about you, by the way. But we don't

know what you think is important about you, you know?

Yeah. Yeah. Well, first off, thanks for having me on, Bob. And I'm excited about today's

conversation. Hopefully we can add some value for you for your audience today. So my

name is Jimmy Mackin. I'm the CEO of Curator Curator as a digital marketing company. You

know, we focus on helping people get their marketing done right. And for us, what that

means is high quality marketing that adds value that solves people's problems in such a way

that helps agents stand out. I think if you look at the landscape right now, what you tend

to see is a lot of marketing where agents are simply just copying what other people are

doing. And in our industry, Bob, right, there's 1.5 million realtors out there. When you

think about that for a second, how difficult it is as an agent to separate yourself from

the competition, it requires a different strategy. And that's what we focus on at Curator.
