Accenture's North America CEO, Julie Sweet, why she feels it's her job to focus on diversity and inclusion well beyond the bottom line. Her goal at the company,

gender parity by 2025. I'm very optimistic and I'll tell you why. I'm with CEOs all the time.

I'm in the C-suite. There is something different today than even two or three years ago.

There is a genuine focus that's not about checking the

box. This is what we expect. The recruits want to do it. But I believe it's really tied to the need

for companies to be more innovative. Plus, growing up with just a single pair of shoes, her parents

were far from rich,

and she says her younger self was driven by the desire to be successful.
