0:39.3	it's tough to even find people right now. We want to have Bob on and talk a little bit about
0:44.5	how he's able to scale. He did 150 deals last year, guys, with using virtual assistance. So

0:58.0	So first of all, how did you get into this business?
1:02.0	Because, you know, now people are starting to talk about virtual assistance, like, you know, really just in the last few years, but looks to me from when you started your business, you've
1:06.8	been in there a while.
1:08.3	Yeah, I started a real estate investing back in 2004.
1:11.4	I helped start a couple of real estate education programs.
1:14.2	And through the years, through all that time, I was always looking for different types of
1:17.7	services or products to help our students out.
1:19.8	And this is going back.
1:20.9	You know, and when I first started real estate, it was 2004.
1:24.2	My first deal was a fix and flip.
