essential oils.

We're going to talk about different things for summertime.

I know in Texas, where you are, Stacey, it feels like it's over 100 degrees with the humidity.

You got, we've got to talk about skin health because when summertime, people get burnt,

you know, what are some natural ways to prevent that and deal with it? Right. So, okay, so,

yeah, it's all of a sudden it's taken, taking a really big turn to just sweltering humidity,

icky, gross, hot weather here in, uh, in Texas.

Um, so I wanted to talk to you about some of the summer things that we can have

and why it's important for us to again,

understand what we're putting on our body,

bringing into our homes and just kind of getting you to be able to,

to, you know,

use that common sense and the critical

thinking that we're in this whole movement to do. So sunscreen, let's talk about sunscreen

for a little bit. Did you know that the FDA, which is the agency that goes over all of our

personal care products and our medical products stated that in 2021,

the only two ingredients that were healthy to put on your skin was zinc oxide and titanium oxide.

Everything else is not, you're not supposed to put on your skin.

But yet, we can go to the grocery store and we can pick up all the little sprays like i remember being

a young mom and finding the perfect spray to spray my kids um and unfortunately they have huge toxins

in them like oxybenzines um and the benzones and there's there's 20 different names what do
