It's a great data talk football that is Eagles football, of course, and I'm your host, Rachel prevent getting you hip very quick to what's happening.

I know I know it's been a little minutes since I've recorded an episode, but you know the dead period was happening with the league.

And so I took a step away also, there wasn't anything really to talk about.

And so I really, really enjoyed just spending time with friends and family enjoying summer being outside.

I got to take a little weekend getaway to Cancun, Mexico with my cousin to celebrate her birthday.

So that was a lot of fun.

I also attended broccoli fest in Washington DC and got to see some of my favorite artists perform alive.

And like I mentioned, just spending quality time with friends and family, it was really, really light, really, really nice.

Sometimes during the season and when football is in full swing, it is so hard to just be present because it consumes us.

Which is fun when you when you love it and you're covering the game, but I really, really enjoyed being able to just take a month and a half and just enjoy life pretty much.

But Eagles football is officially back. Let's go.

And so I did miss it. You know, it was like I said, kind of boring. It was a dead period.

So it was very, very boring. Nothing was going on, but it's back.

And each and every week we are going to be talking about what's going on with the birds keeping you guys entertained, keeping you guys informed.

And so I'm so excited to be back.
