There are also many bright spots and reasons to be optimistic about the future.

But we're going to start with the penalties.

Three Eagles touchdowns were taken off of the board due to penalties.

The Eagles committed nine penalties in total.

And the Eagles now have 44 penalties this season, which puts them on track for 187 total penalties this season.

Keep in mind the all-time NFL record for most penalties in a season is 163 by the 2011 Raiders.
