I'm this is the first time really I've spoken openly about it from July.

Really? Because it's not been our forum is it? It's there. It's there business.

It's good to talk about it. It's very cathartic.

Hello and welcome to you me and the Big C with Lauren Mann aka Girlvests Cancer.

Deborah James, better known to some of you as bowel babe and the Rachel Blant from Big

C little me. I also heard from time to time on five live. We are three friends. We are

also bloggers. We've all got one thing in common. We all have or we have had cancer and

we want to tell you all about the highs as well as the lows. Just a reminder before we get

So today girls we are talking about our loved ones.

Oh the best. Our nearest and dearest and at times when you're going through cancer they

can kind of become your carers, psychologists more often than not our our sounding boards

for everything that we're going through whether they like it or not.

Yes. I was going to say oh you can want to thank them.

Well yes we'll get to that. Don't worry all my loved ones I do still love you. But sometimes

you want to gouge people's eyes out. Sometimes they do better the butt of a lot of the

moods things. Absolutely. Just first of all who's been involved in kind of looking after

you and caring for you guys through treatments.

I have with my whole family has a unit where the minds are a bit of a strong bunch. We've

not had the easiest rides in our lives and we have had to put together for a lot. So

when you can't say hit the fan so to speak with me. I don't want another boy. They we all
