I do this train metaphor where like the train pulls into the station this little

thought train like this little negative scary thought was like yo what's up

and I'm like hey there thought I see you where before I used to get on the train

and go the whole way down the track to the end and you can't pull back you can't

stop the train from that you're on there for the ride
