And with the cost of living crisis seeing the number of those left homeless rising

rapidly I felt it was an important time to look into the cost of cancer crisis.

Now back when I was diagnosed in 2016 the average cost of cancer was about 500 quid-ish.

That combined with a dramatic decrease in income owing to statutory sick pay meant I wasn't able to afford my rent,

let alone travel to and from the hospital and all the other wonderful things that you need when you're going through treatment.
