Happy Friday Edward Cuffles. Here we are. Doing it again. First Friday of, well, it's not the first

Friday of 2021. Is it? It's tricky. No, it's really not because January 1 was the first Friday of 2021.

I can't do that. I can't do dates and times, but it's our first Friday. Annie, it's nice to chat

with you. It's a positive. We did it week one week one. We're doing it. Here we are. That was our first

week of 2021. So you're right about that. Yes. And I love. I've got comments from friends this week

that said, Hey, we're glad you're back. You're part of my morning. You're part of my morning run.

And so I just I love that we are. It's part of our routine like you and I would just get this

like great rhythm of getting to chat. But also I think one of the greatest privileges of this

show is that we have worked into the actual life routine of people. It's I know. It's

can't let me. I just think it's so sweet. So it's nice to be on a run with you or a walk with

you or whatever you're doing. Yeah, whatever you're doing. I can we talk about running for a minute?

Juggling practice. A lot of jugglers. Oh, I hope so. Huge juggling community. Listen into the show.

I would do anything to be in the middle of a huge juggling community. I just feel like that's

a episode of this American life that hasn't happened yet. The question is, do you know you're
