Before we get stuck into this week's episode, I just wanted to come on and pay tribute to

a much loved friend and a much loved colleague here at BBC Radio 5 Live who died this week.

Don Busby was a fixture on the sports news across all programmes at 5 Live. He also was

on Radio 2, Radio 4, BBC Local Radio, you might hear his voice as well. And it's fair to say

that everybody that came into contact with Don absolutely loved him. He brightened up the newsroom

where he worked. And you know what, you only have to go on the social media on his social media

to know what an impact is made on everybody who he worked with and how much he'll be missed.

we've had your solo debut and you know, surprise, surprise. We talked about sex, didn't we?

Yeah, we talked about sex, baby. We talked about them and we, I'm not going to say yo,

me cause that's not effect. But yeah, we did. We had a good old chinwag about sexual intimacy

after a cancer diagnosis. So whether you're in survivor mode, whether you're stage 4 and you live

them with sex, tend to take a back seat. You become so detached from your body that is almost like
