Later in today's episode you're going to hear us talk about the Alec Murdoch evidentiary hearings in which his attorneys are trying to get him a new trial.

Now, as of the recording time the hearings were taking

place like literally at the same time I did not expect and you'll hear me say this in

the episode that the judge would rule for maybe a month or two at the earliest but guess what she surprised us she

actually issued a ruling later in the day and I'm not going to spoil it for you but at the

end of our discussion so you don't think that we have no idea what was actually going on that day.

We will add a little bit of a postscript to let you know how she ruled and what we know about the ruling.

vacation it was working for those of you who don't know Robia's daughter is getting married this year and she had to get fitted for her gorgeous wedding dress, which we talked about on a couple more things. I was just listening to it this morning.

And I sent you a picture of the dress too yeah I'm excited about it going to be beautiful.
