drawers that you don't want to be shown on an MLS listing. Sure. And then put it off every personal picture out of the way. Yeah,

just absolutely. Oh, you found the house you put an offer on DC. We put a couple offers in and they all read that's amazing. Eddie.

The housing market is cool, cool, crazy. Really? So yeah, so you put an offer in and typically someone will overbid the

asking price by a hundred thousand dollars, which is just not feasible. That is that is shocking and wave things like

inspections like yes, we'll buy it on the spot cash 100,000 over right now and you just can't compete with that. So

Wow, it will be a long game of we will make many, many offers and maybe we'll have a house or maybe we'll just

find ourselves a lovely campground up there and see 100,000 over asking price.

I'm not uncommon. That is, but that's like right now. That's not always always right? No, no, no, it's it's the market is

I don't know all over the country, but I know pretty well Orlando gains fell in DC and the housing market is bananas.

That is that is literally that is shocking to me 100,000 over asking price just raise the asking price quit lying to us.

Well, no, because that's still what hit the that's that's what the house is actually worth. Right? Like can I hear you we're gonna

straight we're going to theologically disagree here. It's not really the logical problem. But in my head, I think

well, no, the house is worth 100,000 more than than what you think because that's what people are paying.

Yeah, but it's worth that in this moment of the economy. So the problem is is that things will as they do in real estate

level out. And so the problem is is that these people are going to buy a house that's worth that say is a 200,000
