Unanimous decisions typically allude the Roberts Court, but Thursday saw Rare 9-0.

The heavily right-leaning court rejected an attempt to ban the abortion drug Miffa-Pristone,

concluding that the plaintiffs in the case had no real standing to sue.

Justice Kavanaugh, who delivered the opinion in the case, wrote,

The plaintiffs have sincere, legal, moral, ideological, and policy objections to elective
