spokesperson for Vice President Harris and now co-hosts the weekend with

Alicia Menendez and Michael Steele. Hey Simone! Greetings Claire the people the people can't see me, but I was like raising the roof as you were doing

your intro.

It's always good to be here with you and I'm excited to chat today.

Not like there's not anything happening in the world. Yeah, we're down to, we're in the 40s,

Simone. I mean I wish I was in the 40s. I'm not yet, I'm not yet in the 40s.

Oh, don't even, don't even don't even rub it in rub it in

but we are in the 47 days to go until election day and as know, it's the hardest time because it's when

everybody's anxiety gets ramped up and we're going to talk at the end of the

pod today we're going to talk about all the polling and how that

produces a great deal of anxiety but this week we've had a lot going on we've had

111 more Republicans signing an open letter backing Vice President Harris

and calling the former president unfit to serve.

And it is continuing to build the number of Republicans that are openly saying he cannot occupy the oval.

Yeah, we're going to dig into all of that and also in a bit Claire and I are going to check in with the co-founder and head of men for choice or in Jacobson and he's doing really amazing work and he's going to talk about his mission to help men understand the reproductive freedom is not just an issue for women to tackle,

but it needs to be front and center for men as well. And Claire has really been beating the drum on this,
