What happened while we were away brought to you by an update on the situation at the southern border a federal judge decreed from on high this week that Democrats in the House of Representatives cannot sue President Trump's plan to divert funds for the building of parts of a border wall.

That's good news no doubt but it pales in comparison to the rest of the bad news on the southern border last week customs and border protection announced the apprehension of a group of 116 people from Africa trying to enter the country on the southern border 35 from Angola one from Cameroon and 80 from Congo and that last country Congo is currently experiencing the largest outbreak of the deadly virus Ebola in recent memory.

In the state of Texas alone and according to conservative reviews Daniel Horowitz who cited an anonymous source from customs and border protection over 71,000 illegal aliens were apprehended between points of entry in the state in the month of May that puts the yearly pace at nearly a million people coming across the border illegally in Texas alone.

It was is and will be a continuing crisis at the southern border moving on the next few stories are extremely dark and extremely sad.
