So last week, the Supreme Court heard a case out of California called National Pork

Producers Council versus Ross.

The case is about a ballot initiative, Proposition 12, that places conditions on pork sold in

California.

There are requirements that pigs be bred in a certain way, that they

have enough room to turn around in their cages. Essentially, Californians are like a bunch of
