I wish it was an exaggeration to say that ICE literally executed somebody yesterday in broad daylight.

Yeah, it was crazy, actually.

And we will be talking about that event in depth because there's just so much to pour through

and the justifications and rhetoric surrounding it are absolutely fucking insane. And of course,

the vast majority of bad shit that happens because of ICE or because of these like immigration

deportation operations are because of the Trump regime, right? Yeah. They're the ones that hyper-focused on immigrants. They're the one that spin the lies. Trump's the one that said like they're poisoning the blood of the country in the 2024 election cycle. It's all the right wing's fault. But it couldn't be done without capitulation in concessions from the liberal, moderate wing of the Democratic Party. 100%. There are still Democrats that to this day run around and say, we had a bipartisan immigration bill that we would have passed, but Trump tanked it. There are still Democrats that think that's a point. Yeah. And there are Democrats like Haley Stevens from the great state of Michigan. She's running for Senate who voted last year to express gratitude for ICE.

Yeah. Haley, what do you think about that now? Yeah, exactly. How do you feel about that vote now?

Exactly. Like, it's fucking insane. And unfortunately, Haley Stevens running for Senate. One of our current

senators, Alyssa Slotkin, was asked about this event that unfolded in Minneapolis. Ice literally just

executing somebody

in broad daylight. And this is a part of an interview she was doing on what's called MS Now.

Where she was talking about Venezuela for most of it, but then because this was breaking news

at about 5 o'clock yesterday, which would be January 6th or no, January 7th for us,

she was asked about this event that unfolded. Okay. So this broke mid interview. Like this new story broke or like it broke right before the interview and she didn't think she was going to ask about it. Like she's free ball on this answer. I think the news came out on the afternoon of Wednesday. And this interview was about 6 p.m. Eastern time on on Wednesday. Okay. So it was a couple of hours later. Uh, she'll get into it.

I think we're going to listen to her full answer because it's just fucking insane. Yeah, I have no idea what this is. I'm excited. Um, but the, just to preface it really quickly, she was asked if she had been briefed by DHS as to what happened in Minneapolis. That's the question she's asked. And this is the answer that she's going to get. This is the answer she's going to

get. Okay. All right. Not yet been briefed. I've seen the video just online, like many Americans, I guess at this point. I guess, you know, I would say everyone needs to take a breath. You know, I wasn't there. You weren't there. We need to understand the context. Obviously the video does not look good. But we need, you know, I'm always wary of sort of first reports and, you know, the armchair warriors who are telling us what's happening.

It was a video.

I know that there are protests going on.

You could watch it.

I urge people to please be peaceful.

Don't give, don't take the bait and give people what they want, which is a reason to put more and more force into a place like Minneapolis. But to be honest, I mean, I have been warning about this kind of thing for a long time. When you put law enforcement or uniform military on the streets of American cities in this level, you know, mistakes are going to happen.
