It's never the day, it's the opposite of the day.

It's opposite day.

Remember as a kid when you did the opposite day, or you tried to do opposite day.

It was a nice little exercise.

It should probably get my kids to do that.

Where you, you have to make a conscious effort

to do or say the opposite, mostly say, the opposite of whatever it is you want to say.

It's fun.

I think it's a good exercise, just like I think pig Latin is a good thing.

Right, you need a pig.
