Summary

There’s no waiting for an invitation to the place of abiding with God. He is fully and completely present with us any day, any place, and any time. Abiding is the best and fastest way to be transformed because it is relational, not situational. Your place of abiding cannot be earned. It is a gift that’s always there!

+ John 16:33. In the world there will be trouble. But be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world.

+ John 14:27. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or fearful.

+ John 15:11. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.

+2 Corinthians 3:18. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

0:42.8	Our Place of Abiding cannot be earned. It's a gift. What Christ is doing in us is always the entry point
0:53.3	for all that God is giving us. Just like the root system of a vine provides all the life-giving
0:59.3	nutrients that creates the branches and produces the fruit, so the life-giving presence of Jesus
1:07.0	creates the means for us to be constantly renewed and restored. The Place of Abiding is about life
1:16.4	being on earth the way it is in heaven. It's the life that Jesus had with His Father
1:22.3	that we are now included in. Jesus went first and prepared a place where He could be in us and
1:29.3	we could be in Him. He's the initiator where the responders. The life of Christ in us always has
1:38.4	the preeminence. We start every life issue in the gift of presence. And Jesus is the classic
1:46.7	double portion that creates fullness. Firstly, He is the full expression of God in us to us.
1:55.8	Secondly, He becomes the fullest expression of the new man in our
2:00.9	sonship response to the Father. Isn't that beautiful? I love that. There is now no separation
2:08.8	from utmost love because we abide in the fullness, the relationship, and the fellowship of the Father
2:16.0	to the Son in our inner man. I always say to my friends, you know, there's always four of you in
2:23.1	there. Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and you. Nothing can overwhelm that. There is a majesty in the way
2:31.9	God in dwells us. It's an all-inclusive relationship and an all-embracing fellowship that makes us
2:39.7	complete in Him. This is where the Holy Spirit is so astonishing in ministry within us.
