As you learn to seek out the heartbeat of God, you may grow in confidence

0:22.1

and its love for you and those around you. Welcome to the first 15 podcast. Jesus makes us

0:30.6

an almost unbelievable promise in John 15, 7, and 8. Scripture says, if you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and

0:41.1

1:41.5

prayer was a yes or no. Then I read John 15, 7, and 8. Jesus clearly teaches

1:47.6

a very different model of prayer than I had been expecting. Jesus' model for prayer is abiding

1:54.1

in his presence, abiding in his words, and then asking God for our heart's desires. God desires

2:00.8

that we would be so in tune with his

2:02.6

heartbeat and so saturated with His word that our desires would be transformed into his desires.
