Summary

When Abi was 12 years old she prayed, If you can teach me how to love myself, I will change the world." This simple prayer ignited an incredible adventure of uncovering the power of love. Throughout her journey she has seen love conquer the fear and torment that once seemed impossible to overcome. She now travels and teaches others how to encounter unconditional love, become wildly free, and experience abundant life.

Jesus is my favorite person.

I have really had this sweet relationship with him and I like him so much.

But I was really, really, really tormented even though I knew him.

And it was because if you experience religion, the fruit of that is torment.

The fruit of relationship is life.

And so I lived for years with religion being a part of my relationship.

And I love God because he's so kind because he looks at the times that I was religious and he's like, you're the cutest.

Because God actually looks at our intentions.

So even when I was doing things he didn't care about.

He was happy because I was doing them for him.

But let me tell you, this is what I found to be true and this set me free.

God is so relational.

He's the most relationship oriented person you could ever meet.

He is not a set of rules or regulations.

He is a living, breathing person and he loves to connect with his kids.

Connection with us is his most favorite thing.

His whole universe is set up relationally.

Before there was the earth, God was relational.

If you watch the relationship of the Trinity throughout the Bible, it is one of the most beautiful things.

They love each other and submit to each other and honor each other so well because they're love.

And then he created us out of wanting more relationships.

He's like, I like relationships so much.
