In 1974, a trusted but perverted family friend took a 12-year-old girl horseback riding.

But instead, drugged her and drove her to Mexico.

He told her aliens had chosen her for a secret mission,

that she had to bear his child to save a dying planet.

While her parents stalled and believed his lies, the FBI traced a call and brought her home.

He pled guilty to kidnapping, but served just 10 days in jail.

After the slap on the wrist, he took the girl again, this time hiding her under a false name at a boarding school.

He kept the alien mission alive, manipulated her parents, and even threatened to burn their lives down if they fought back.

When she finally broke free, new charges followed, but once again, he avoided real prison time.

And years later, another child would come forward with the same story.
