Abby Hall's journey to the 2024 UTNB start line, in my humble opinion, is one of the most

interesting storylines in this year's race. It's been a while since she's been on the podcast.

Actually, probably dates back to roughly two years ago, right around the same time before the

same race, but it's certainly not for lack of interest. I am an avid follower of her career

across all the social channels out there.

She's a great writer and one of the best at documenting the process of being a pro trail runner.

Anyways, in this particular conversation, we talk about everything that has transpired for her over

the last 15 months and exactly what it took to get back to the biggest stage in our sport. I think you're

going to find this to be a really valuable episode. Abby is an extremely generous conversationalist.
