Welcome to the Bill Barnwell show. I am Bill Barnwell. Today, I'm going to be talking about

why the Patriots should not move on from Bill Belichick,

but that will be a little later. Joining me first to talk about some of our preseason

priors, our opinions, our feelings, our predictions, and whether we want to abandon them

after six weeks or not.

Joining me to do that is my friend Seth Walder.

Seth, how are you?

I'm good.

And I am excited to say that having talked about this topic with you before the show,

I believe all of our opinions are

basically aligned. So I'm excited to see we're starting from similar priors, and I want to see

how we each feel about them after six games. And I made it like some of these are kind of obvious,

six weeks I should say, some of these are kind of obvious, six weeks I should say,

some of these are obvious. Like, I'm fully abandoning the idea that the Broncos are going to be good, especially that they would be competent on defense. That was extremely wrong of me.

But there are other ideas that I think are more sort of in the middle ground, in the gray area of have we seen

enough to prove that they're no longer relevant or enough to say that or not enough to say that.

And you're still willing to hold on to that preseason prediction figuring things will come right.
