I've got a very special guest on the podcast today. He's a man that I really, really look up to

and admire in the entrepreneur world. A guy I've been through some of his programs and definitely

consider a mentor and an example of how to run a business and how to build a great life.

My guest today is Aaron Walker from View From the Top.com.

Now, you know, I don't have a ton of expert guests on the Flip Lifestyle podcast,

but I had to bring Aaron's knowledge, experience, and wisdom

onto the show and share it with you guys today. Aaron Walker is known as a great leader of people,

and he has been in masterminds and relationship with some of the biggest entrepreneurs out there,

people like Jay Abraham, Dan Miller, and Dave Ramsey. He is not only a great example, but a primary

thought leader in the mastermind space. Over the past few years, Aaron has built and led dozens

and dozens of masterminds, packed with super high achieving men and women. Jocelyn and I have also

seen the power that masterminds can bring to your business,

your family, and your life. Almost every accomplishment that we've had and almost every success

that we've achieved can be directly tied to the people we hang around with most, and that's

our mastermind friends. It's one reason we built our entire business around community,

because we know that nobody achieves

anything alone. We know that success happens faster and it's greater when it's done together.

But masterminds are even a different thing than a community. A community is kind of like your church.

You know, you can go to church, you can sit in the pews and that's going to be really,

really good. But man, when you get into a small group setting, right? When you get in those small groups, that's when relationships can go deeper. That's when achievement can get bigger. That's when truly great things happen in your life. So as we were planning out podcast, I told my team, I've got to talk about masterminds. I've got to talk about the difference it makes to surround yourself with great people on a personal level. There's a famous quote by a guy named Jim Rohn that says you are the average of the five to ten people you hang out with the most. So if you surround yourself with great parents, if you surround yourself with great husbands and wives, if you surround yourself with great entrepreneurs, great people, that's going to rub off on you.
