There's nothing normal about how I'm attacking this rehab.

There is common practices about six weeks in a boot and I was in a shoe in like 13 days.

Again, this is just my mindset and I believe in the power of intention, I believe in

prayer.

I believe in the way that you're mental status and the power of will.

It's important to have those long-term goals.

Basically, whatever protocol is out there and it's kind of blanking at, you know, six to 12 months, recovery time.

I have some things working against me. I'm 39 years old and he was playing a league.

You know, a lot of people have a really hard time coming back from this.

However, I haven't really paid any attention to any of that stuff.

I've just kind of been making my own protocols and own time tables.

Aaron Rodgers on his rehab, firm believer in medical science, sometimes.

Aaron Rodgers says he, although I don't know how much science is involved in this rehab.

There was something about the sounds of dolphins mating and who the hell knows what he's doing,

frankly, to get himself ready to go.

Now, medical science was involved in the actual surgical procedure, but in the rehab,

who knows? And whatever you want to do, do it. But he is writing a pretty big check here.

And I understand believing in the power of manifestation and intention and speaking things

into existence. I have no problem with positive thinking, but there is a fine line between confidence

and delusion. And he does balance out his optimism with the fact that he is 39.

And I don't know that it makes sense for him to come back and try to play this year.

And I don't know that he's going to have the opportunity.
