So after four incredible years, I've made the hard decision to step back from Pod Save

the People.

This show has been such an important part of my life, so meaningful, and while change

is never easy, I know it's time to

step into a new chapter. The conversations we've had, the stories we've uplifted, the impact we've

made, I carry all of it with me. Being part of this team that is so deeply committed to truth,

justice, and change has really been an extraordinary honor. And in the words of Bell Hooks,

one of the best guides to how to be self-loving is to give ourselves the love we are often

dreaming about receiving from others. Right now, for me, that means taking a little more time

to love on myself, my family, to reflect and to step back and really be grateful about everything this
