idea where it's from. I refuse to Google it. I refuse to ask him, but I think it's a good one.

Also, a little update. Last week I asked when you've cried because a sports person was crying.

And I had such a great

example this week. Jeremiah Azu won the World Indoor 60 meters. It was amazing and in his

post-race interview he got super emotional and I went hard. I went so hard just some really nice

quiet sobbing on my own. Felt great. Congratulations jeremiah thank you for the opportunity to let it

all out i'm going to try not to cry today but i did have three beers last night whilst playing snooker

and then had quite an uh authentic i would say chinese meal uh duck blood and tripe stew uh so i

am feeling quite fragile, especially below deck.
