Teak, I bet you if I'm the Mets and the Yankees, they're talking to each other about how to handle the rain here. The lay is started. They did the exact same thing. They started the game in a delay. There was huge rainstorms that came through. and then the Mets started at 845

and the Yankees started at 855.

So, same thing.

They mirrored one another.

They did.

They needed to, too, because that rain was unbelievable. Oh, dude, it was biblical. Unbelievable. I'm driving a city, and it was biblical kind of stuff. We were headed to a restaurant, and I got there early. Tracy was coming to meet me. A massive lightning bolt. I was sitting in my car just waiting, and it was so bright. Yeah. This thing was like this thing had to have hit near me. All the power was out in the restaurant. Oh, wow. So we had to go to a different restaurant. Wow. Wow. So I don't know if it actually struck it, but it hit something. And all the power on the block was gone. Crazy. It was rough last night, but you could tell by the forecast. And I said this on the other, that they were going to play. It's just a matter of waiting. I don't know if the Yankees did this, so I'm not calling them out, but I know that the Mets flashed on to the screen that if you went to the game, that's the caveat. If you scanned your ticket in and went to the game, like that's the caveat, if you scanned your ticket

in and went to the game, they're giving you a free ticket for next season.

So I thought that was a nice gesture, except then I realized that when I went in, I didn't

scan my ticket.

I used the press credential.

Dammit.

Not that, whatever, no big deal.

So I thought that was a good gesture by the Mets.

I'm not sure if the Yankees are doing that.

Do you know if they have?

I have not seen that online, nor was I in the building. But what about the Pete thing? What about the people? How about the people were there for Pete? Oh, yeah, so the Pete Alonzo ceremony, which I love Pete. I'm glad he broke the record. I made my point yesterday, disagreeing with dog.

I don't think they need a ceremony before the game.

But yeah, that ceremony is now going to take place tonight.
