One of my, he is my oldest friend we as we will discuss met in the sixth grade and have stayed in touch for all these years

Aaron was the drummer in my punk band which we get into here and we're actually going to play some tracks from our demo

Which is something fans have weirdos have requested in the past so this is the episode where we do it

We also really get into exactly what it feels like to be a junior high boy and kind of this

Well, I don't want to, I don't want to tip it. It's very, very candid, very, very honest, very, very vulnerable

We haven't released an episode like this where I'm like, oh my god, this is very close to the nerve and very vulnerable
