Welcome to the Andy Staples Show special re-alignment rumor edition. No, no, we're not going to

spend a lot of time on realignment. We've got Chris Vinini here. We're going to talk,

well, several topics because Chris has written a lot lately about a lot of very interesting things, including

fat guy touchdowns. So we have to have a serious talk about fat guy touchdowns. We got to talk

about Mike Oresco doing something that a year ago, if you'd said, the commissioner of the American Athletic

Conference is going to have to deny plotting with ESPN to destroy the Big 12.

I would have said that sounds ludicrous, but that's where he is right now.

And we're also going to talk about AAC member Cincinnati entering a season when, I don't know,

if things broke right, maybe they

actually could be a playoff contender. There's a lot going on. And we, you know, be remiss if we

didn't talk about the Chris Berman nickname story that Chris Finini wrote because Eric sleeping with

B enemy is an all-timer. I don't care how you feel about Chris Berman. That's incredible. So Chris, welcome. You've been incredibly busy. Yes, I mean, I think we all have. It's been one heck of a summer fall camp is here. And honestly, I'm not even in the football mind yet. I'm writing conference previews and trying to remember what actual football looks like.

And we're still a few weeks away and who knows what's going to happen in the coming weeks.

But it's been good. And so before we start with all the stuff you've been doing, there was a rumor.

We don't have to say who said it because it was completely ridiculous.

It wouldn't even go a rumor. Well, when you start it with, I have to, I tell you who told

me, but I'd have to shoot you. And then proceed to basically say, anybody who hasn't been invited

to the SEC yet has been and is now joining. So let me make sure I got it right. Which school is it?

TCU, Baylor, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State to quote unquote lock up the Texas market.
