We are here to just have fun, listen to some really good energizing music,

whether you're exercising or not, though we hope you are,

maybe walking, running, biking, whatever.

We take kayaking, that will work too.

The goal is to have fun and to hang out.

Also, we did indeed hire some truck coons to go around your local towns and try to

find participants to run down. So, you know, bread and mouth is optional just watch out for

truck goons that's all I'll have to say about that we got raggedy doctor here

hello raggy what's happening oh nothing much I'm so glad you can join me

for this exciting event as a doctor I'm sure you're happy to

know that we are promoting some healthy living here. That is fantastic. I love to

hear it. Hopefully no one gets hit by Truck Coon and then I have to mysteriously

disappear from the recording to go and deal with it. Hopefully not but I can see that

being very good for your business. Well, I say that we kick this off.
