I'm going to be oddly quiet for a few minutes while that happens okay you do that and let's go Tom

give you a label convulse okay now what can we say about convulse that hasn't been

said uh among the most consistent uh made their own hype which i respect uh consistent yet varied

i like to say varied for sure they don't have a thing yeah it I mean? Like, I think that's awesome that they don't have like a, this is their lane. No. Everything. I kind of love it. You remember when, when Triple B picked up its heat and, and was like, you know, it basically made its own hype.

And then some labels are a much slow burn.

Some labels don't ever get any hype at all, whether that's by design or whatever.

Convulse is one of those labels that the hype that it has around it is the product of like really consistent output that also gets the chatter. And everybody, I know, maybe you run a label and you got no hype and you're saying, Patrick, why are you shitting on me?

I'm not shitting on you.

I'm saying there's different goals for different things and also different things that are out of your hands.

But I love to watch it all.

I really, labels are still to me incredibly relevant.

You know, maybe not on the Lady Gaga level.

I have no idea what label any of those people are on.

But in hardcore, it's still fascinating because you get a
