Hello friends. I can't believe that we are at the end of this fall season and we're

dropping the gorgeous finale just a truly spectacular and very special

conversation I had with the musician Nick Cave dropping

that a day early.

You know, the focus on intelligence, artificial, and

embodied has been really thrilling for me. I've learned so much and I have to say

that the focus on the body in particular has been very tender.

Taking in that knowing and integrating the silences and softnesses and needfulness of our bodies actually makes it possible for us to be vital and

strong and whole. So we're going to take in that notion of silence and calm and quiet as we move into the

end of this year. We're going to get quieter on social. We will take a break from the pause as we do from time to time, but please

stay subscribed because the pause is not just the newsletter, it is also a place for us to know how to reach you for invitations

for news there are going to be live events in the spring it's our mailing list
