All right. Yeah, I'm here. Um, palpate. Yeah, I'm just coming back. I'm just coming

back from my physical therapy appointment. And, and I just think of the word palpate when

I think a physical therapy because they palpate the muscles. Yeah. And they sure do. They

they palpate them right up. And so yeah, that's on the brain today. Palpate. What are you

doing in PT? I, I, this was the first time I've been in six months. I have a really good

Oh, the best PT ever. And they are so great. And so I went to them or they, I had them in

a teacher training. They taught us for our anatomy. You went for what? Um, so the mem, you

know, me bitching about my rhomboids for like the past two years, you know, you know, all the

times I've made you poke poke in my back because of my upset rhomboids. Well, so yeah. And

there, it's always like times when we have like, we're only together for like a day or two.

And I'm like, I, this is stone. What do you do? There's nothing. Well, and so that day,

I find it because like they're just the, they're, their name is Sean. They're the most charismatic

person in the world. And like I walked up to her and I was like, listen, please, nobody

knows what's wrong with me. Like, look at them. And they had the beds all up. And I think

I talked about this. And she, she realized some, she like put my arm behind my back and

then watch my shoulder blade, which it didn't used to do this. But now it does like pop out

of my skin. And she was just like, um, sweetie, you've got like a four finger wingspan and

this ain't right. You know, uh, basically every, there's due to hyperimmobility issues

in my, I'll protect my rhomboids. We're just getting constantly stretched and taxed all

the time. And everything else was not doing anything anymore. And that probably happened

after just like dead stopping, uh, weightlifting and then switching to working from home. Like,
