behold we got results in from New Hampshire and elections seem to proceed smoothly.

Excited, it looks like we did have pretty strong turnout,

wait for all the votes to come in, but particularly in some of the swing areas in

New Hampshire, so after, I think some concern about that in Iowa at least here in New Hampshire

It looks like we had turnout more to our liking. We'll have to watch that carefully going forward

But to what happened in terms of the results. So Bernie Sanders with a win, a much narrow win

than I think some polls that predicted.

And this was his state where he had his second largest primary victory in 2016. He had some strong caucus

showings. But a bigger field. You had two candidates in Pete Bodo Judge and

Amy Klobajar who clearly were closing strong and had momentum at the end.

So listen, could Bernie Sanders have gone on and be a strong contender for the nominee if he had lost

this?

I think he probably could, given his financial strength and his organizational capability and grassroots enthusiasm

all throughout the country, but clearly it would have been a big setback.

So he did what he had to. I'm sure they would have liked a

slightly larger margin more in the 30s than where they landed but a win is a

win first clean win of the 20-20 calendar, so congratulations to Sanders.

Pete Brudajaj had a strong second coming just less than two percentage points off Bernie Sanders.

Clearly closed strong at the end, even with all the muddiness coming out of Iowa,

he benefited from his performance in Iowa and gained a bunch of strength and momentum

here at the end.
