I am picking something that I had this weekend I don't have it in front of me actually but I wanted to talk about orange crushes which I think I've actually mentioned to you before Rachel have I talked about. |

Oh, it's a very well yes that's what I thought of to when I first heard it but it's a very South Jersey drink and it's just vodka and then fresh squeeze orange juice and usually sprite or you can do club soda but there's all different variations there's like mango crush and grapefruit crush and where Dave is from it's a huge deal and like Margate in that area so I had a lot this weekend. |
1:59.3 | It looks so like summer kickoff the pictures you posted or the Instagram stories looked amazing. I feel like I'm in full summer swing and really counting down the days so we have a little break again for the 4th of July. What about you. |

2:20.3 | I wanted to mention that I had this crazy experience happened last weekend where I was strolling through my neighborhood in Brooklyn with Matt with Finn and this lovely group of ladies was approaching us they actually looked so stylish. |
2:36.3 | I thought they had to have been coming from some sort of cool summer suarez we were bound for governor's island was our intention and they have one of the members of the group mentioned that she loves the podcast and I just wanted to show that Cece. |
2:49.3 | I was so flustered and so kind of guard I like think it was the first moment that anyone has ever like recognizing and I feel like in Brooklyn I just feel so like one of a million so it was very special for me and my husband when it let me live it down the rest of the day. |

4:06.3 | I had the Jubilee gets me every time I was up at 4 a.m. to watch the coronation live and enjoyed all the page entry and symbolism just a quick note since you are still unpacking and dealing with laundry I kind of still am I will add. |
4:18.3 | Yes, later Christopher Kimbles Milk Street Radio is one of my favorite podcasts for recipe cookbook and cooking ideas listen to Claire Pataks account of making Harry and Megan's wedding cake it's very interesting I think I already read her first cookbook and ever requested her latest one from the last week. |
4:35.3 | This was such a hot tip right Roberta yes I didn't know that Claire Pataks went on this podcast and actually now I'm a big fan of Christopher Kimble and he's like the co founder of America's test kitchen which I have a ton of their cookbooks so I was really excited to listen it was a great conversation and milk street is associated with the magazine which we subscribe to oh you do I think they're doing a special right now it's like a dollar for 12 issues which is amazing Matt has been a subscriber for years it's such a great recipe well I'm not going to be a little bit more excited about it. |

Yeah, so he chatted Christopher Kimble chatted with Violet cakes own or Clare Pataks like you mentioned and Sonia alerted us to and even if you just love baking it's a really fun listen here is a little snippet of that conversation. |
5:23.3 | I think they were really into the whole idea of organic and seasonal ingredients so I think that was one of the reasons why they really wanted to go with our cakes. |
5:35.3 | I think they probably asked many bakers to come down to Kensington Palace and we will I I was like I can't just go with like a slice of cake for them to taste I have to bring a whole cakes but then I can't bring one flavor after bring six so I brought six whole cakes to Kensington Palace for Megan and Harry to try it was a great recipe. |
