What members of the Wild Kingdom will we see today?

Welcome to Walking is Fitness, a daily 10-minute podcast designed to provide you with a little added motivation to get out the door, take the walk,

Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this.

I'm going to be doing two things during today's walk.

Number one, I'm going to be sharing what members of the walking friends community

have to say about things that they've seen or would like to see

from the wild kingdom during their walks and I'm going to be exploring in real time what I can see

that's part of the wild kingdom. So to set the scene, I'm walking beside a lake that at the moment is calm,

and there are lots of trees, some fields, so this is an area near where we live,

that has wildlife. And so I'm going to see what members of the wild kingdom

I can find during today's walk.

And at the moment, I can hear things.

It's also very birdy today. I can hear lots of birds. Can't really see them at the moment. All right, so here's the deal. Last week, I asked members of the walking friends community, which one of these that you have not seen on a walk would you most like to see

on a walk?

And there were nine options.

Two of the options nobody wanted to see.

One makes sense, the other one would be high on my list. So the one that makes sense is rattlesnake.

Nobody picked a rattlesnake. Nobody wants to see a rattlesnake while they're out on a walk.
