Erica Spivey, from our community group in Raleigh, North Carolina, grew up with a Jewish heritage, thinking her value rested in her actions and accomplishments - an untruth that left her empty, depressed, and ultimately alone when she found herself in the middle of an abortion clinic. But God, in His unconditional love and faithfulness, used her most guilt-ridden and shameful moment to pursue her heart.

Listen in as Erica recounts the ways in which God brought her from religion to relationship and how He is still taking the darkness of her past and using it for redeeming Kingdom purposes.

0:05.7	But that is because we love this workshop so much. And we want you to know that we have two this summer that you can attend. One is live in person in Birmingham. So if you're in Birmingham or surrounding areas, we would love for you to join us. And y'all, we're going to do this one at night.

1:18.6	my shoulders, a burden that I had no idea that I had even been caring. So what I found was
1:24.9	religion was now replaced with relationship with a God that loved me
1:30.0	unconditionally. He had pursued me. He had met me in my darkest place with hope. And what I was about
1:36.5	to learn was that this God who had been faithfully watching over my life was going to prove himself
1:41.6	to be faithful to use this hard place for his good purposes.
