Tomorrow is Super Tuesday, and Joe Biden and Donald Trump, at least on the surface, appear completely in control of their respective parties.

Of course, underneath, there's this churn of, let's say, unresolved conflicts, emerging issues and rivals waiting for an opportunity.

So, Casey, as we are hopping into the studio, the Supreme Court handed out a unanimous decision, actually, that would keep Donald Trump on the Colorado ballot ahead of Super Tuesday.

And this basically rejected the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove Trump from the ballot on 14th Amendment insurrection grounds.

And you and I both watched and covered those oral arguments, and they never seemed all that interested in getting into the

They just kind of left the actual question at the heart of the matter aside and focused

government. When you heard the justices, even the most liberal ones on the bench didn't seem
