They could lose track of it. I'm Lee Silasara, Fox News. A warning from a watchdog agency that billions of dollars in humanitarian aid is at risk of being unaccounted for after the Trump administration funding free.

Hundreds of thousands of metric tons of U.S. provided food aid is at risk of being diverted or spoiling, the Inspector General for

USAID says. Even with waivers for life-saving aid issued by Secretary of State Marco Rubio,

the Inspector General says shipments of food assistance are delayed and vetting mechanisms to mitigate

the risk of U.S. aid benefiting terror groups are undermined.

Last week, a federal judge blocked the Trump administration, putting most USAID employees on

administrative leave. President Trump has accused USAID of corruption and wasting taxpayer dollars.

Fox is Jared Halpern at the White House. President Trump signing several executive orders and

other actions in the Oval Office this afternoon, including putting a 25% tariff on imported steel and aluminum.

Trade advisor Peter Navarro says the tariffs are about ensuring the U.S. never has to rely on foreign nations for critical industries.

He also pardoned former Illinois Governor Ron Blagojevich, a group of

congressional Democrats protesting outside the Washington offices of the Consumer Financial Protection

Bureau after the agency is all but shut down. This is like a bank robber trying to fire the

cops and turn off the alarms just before he strolls into the lobby.

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, the agency was put in place to protect consumers in response to the 2008 recession to protect people from predatory lending.

A group of investors led by Elon Musk offering nearly $100 billion to buy Open AI, which

makes Chad GPT, CEO Sam Altman, quickly rejected the deal. America is listening to Fox News.
