1:13.0	Quincy decided to practice his skills by attacking a 51-year-old unhoused man named James White. Shot twice while sleeping on a
1:20.9	bench in Finlay Park in Columbia, South Carolina, James, thankfully, managed to survive the
1:26.6	attempt on his life. On deterred, on July 10th,
1:31.0	Quincy, while on a break from his shift at Texas Roadhouse, picked up 45-year-old Dale
1:36.5	Yvonne Hall and drove her to an isolated cul-de-sac where he shot her in the head, face, leg,
1:43.6	and stomach with a sawn-off shotgun.
