So most of us walk around completely ignorant, totally unaware that all around

are these tiny little side dimensions.

And these side dimensions are often known as expos.

expos are like these little worlds onto themselves.

They can be about things that you have never thought about once in your entire life.

You've never even considered, and somewhere will be this gigantic gathering of people focusing on only that

thing and it is this person's biggest passion everyone is there to celebrate this

thing that they love that you never think about and know nothing about them.

Some of the magic is that often you cannot even imagine what some of these expos are about.

I'm Doolan Thuris and this is Atlas Obscera, a celebration of the world's strange, incredible, and fascinating expos. Today my guest is a comedian and actor and he has been taking a

microphone inside of massive expos. Today we're going to one all about reptiles.

He finds everything from skink mansions

to snakes worth more than most people's salary.

And we'll take along with him to get a peak into this wonderful world

of the Reptile Expo after this. I'm talking with comedian, actor and podcaster Jacob Wysaki, who has created a four-part

podcast series called Expo Exposay and in this series he has gone to a

series of Expos and explored the kind of niche interest that the people there are in

love with and we are going to talk today about one of

the expos he visited, probably the one that I would most want to visit, called

the Reptile Super Show.
