1:04.0	things veterinary health. So Matt McLaughin is a DVM, CVPM. He is a passionate leader in animal health. He has over 19 years of
1:12.9	experience leading multiple animal hospitals. Most recently, he's the chief medical officer at Noah's
1:18.3	Ark Animal Clinics. He is also a certified fear-free practitioner, a certified cat-friendly veterinarian
1:25.9	by AAFP, a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association,
1:31.0	also VHMA and AAFP.
1:34.6	He currently serves as the Northern Kentucky representative on the executive board of the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association.
1:43.1	He also serves on the veterinary advisory board for
1:46.0	base pause and the editorial advisory board for DVM 360. He's frequently featured in the DVM
1:52.8	360 magazine, and he speaks nationally on a variety of topics, including things like veterinary
1:59.2	practice management, pet insurance, veterinary practice
2:01.9	culture, utilizing social media, and finding joy in veterinary medicine. In addition,
2:08.7	Dr. McLaughen was awarded the Veterinary Hero Award in 2022, presented by DVM 360 in the category
